BSF RECOVERED DRONE ALONGWITH 2.640KG HEROIN ON FEROZEPUR BORDER

Ferozepur, March 7, 2025: In a major success against transborder narcotics smuggling, BSF recovered drone alongwith with narcotics.

Acting on an intelligence shared by BSF intelligence wing , a search operation was carried out by BSF in suspected area and at about 11:40 am, leading to the recovery of *01 drone DJI Matrice 300 RTK alongwith 01 big packet containing 05 small packets inside (Gross weight 2.640 kg) of suspected heroin in crystal form* from the area adjacent to village- Khunder Hithar, Ferozepur. The narcotics were wrapped with white polythene and further packed in white cloth.

This successful operations underscores the vigilance, professionalism, and commitment of BSF in curbing transborder smuggling activities. The coordinated effort once again highlights the BSF’s relentless pursuit of national security and its commitment to securing the International Border.
